The Presidium of MTIBU launched the technical implementation of the project "Introduction of direct settlement in Ukraine," the first step in the implementation of which was the approval of the technical project, developed in accordance with the Regulations on the direct settlement of losses.

As previously reported, the technical development of subsystem "Electronic Police" are carried out by "Computer information technologies" (KIT). It is planned that the technical implementation of the project will be completed in March 2016, and from April 2016 will test the implementation and adherence to a system of insurers participating in the pilot project.

The insurers Member MTIBU, evaluating the benefits of the system, continue to join the pilot project of direct settlement. So, today, their desire to take part in the project have already expressed 17 insurance companies. Given that participation in the project confirmed almost all the major players in the market, the system of direct settlement will cover 60% of all insurance events.
