In the third quarter of 2022, the MTIBU received 294 complaints against MTPL insurers, which is 19.1% less than in the second quarter (363), Forinsurer reports with reference to the MTIBU (Motor (Transport) Insurance Bureau of Ukraine).

In July-September 2022, MTPL insurers settled 51.1% of claims for property damage within 60 days from the date of an accident, which is higher than in the second quarter of this year (35.7%).

It is noted that the largest number of payments within a period of up to 60 days is carried out by such insurance companies as Universalna (79.6%), Uniqa (77.6%), USO (76.2%), TAS (75.5%) and ARX (75.4%).
