The insurance market in Uzbekistan in January-October 2025 amounted to UZS 10 trillion (~EUR 0.72 billion), the National Statistics Committee reports.

The figure increased by UZS 2.6 trillion compared to the same period in 2024, as the Committee noted.

Accident insurance, motor insurance and insurance of other types of transport, cargo and property insurance, and other types of insurance make up the largest share in total GWP (81.5%).

In January-October 2025, reinsurance accounted for 14.2% on the market, while the share of life insurance reached 4.3%, according to the committee's press service.
