Mr. Ling will work across the company’s locations in Prague, Munich, and Paris, focusing on supporting employees’ growth while also challenging both individuals and leadership to reach their full potential.

Hong-Wha Ling is an international HR leader with expertise in aligning people strategies with business goals to drive growth and innovation. As Chief People Officer at VIG Re, he leads strategic HR initiatives across Prague, Munich, and Paris, focusing on empowering diverse teams and fostering engagement.
Before joining VIG Re in 2025, he held key leadership roles at ING Bank and NN Group, including Head of HR NN Group & Chief HR Officer NN Turkey. He is excited to share insights on leveraging culture, inclusivity, and innovation for organizational resilience and growth.
