The larges Croatia’s insurer - Croatia osiguranje, part of Croatia osiguranje Group – member of Croatian conglomerate ADRIS Grupa with business in tourism, food production and insurance, informed on the ZSE website (Zagreb Stock Exchange) that Board member Vanco Balen will leave the company by June 30, 2024 on personal request, for private reasons.

“The company will inform the public and supervisory authorities about further development in accordance with positive regulations”, as the insurer representatives pointed out in a statement.
