Global brokerage firm Willis Towers Watson announced the rebranding as WTW, combined with the company's new Nasdaq ticker symbol. On January7th, the broker informed its ticker symbol on the Nasdaq stock market "will change to "WTW" at the open of market trading on Monday January 10, 2022". Willis Towers Watson has traded under the ticker "WLTW" since 2016.

"Changing our ticker symbol is just one of the ways we are simplifying to increase our agility and effectiveness, as we move forward as a strong and independent WTW", said Carl Hess, Willis Towers Watson CEO.

"Since 2016 we have been known as Willis Towers Watson, the combination of Willis and Towers Watson. Now we move forward as WTW, both a celebration of our rich history and the promise of our unified future as One WTW".
