According to the results of January-July 2022, paid claims of 13 out of 20 insurance companies in Azerbaijan increased compared to the same period last year, ABC.AZ wrote referring to the report of the Central Bank.

During the period, paid claims of 5 out of 20 companies decreased, while Aqrar Sigorta and Meqa Hyat Sigorta did not demonstrate any dynamics of paid claims.

According to the report, Baki Sigorta has the largest amount of paid claims over the past year. The company paid 3.2 times more for 7 months of 2022 than a year ago. At the same time, the company with the lowest paid claims volume is AzSigorta.
