ERGO successfully completes the acquisition of NEXT Insurance

ERGO Group successfully completed the full acquisition of NEXT Insurance by Munich Re Group. Consequently, NEXT Insurance is now embedded within the management structure of ERGO, the major primary insurance business of Munich Re.
