In the first nine months of 2026, Adris Group achieved growth in its consolidated business, with contributions from all business segments. Total consolidated revenue of EUR 1 billion was 8% more y-o-y, the Group said in its press release.

Revenue from the sale of goods and services amounted to EUR 965 million (+8%). Consolidated earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) amounted to EUR 252 million (+17%). Adris' net profit from ordinary operations in the first nine months of 2026 grew by 18% and amounted to EUR 167 million, while reported net profit amounted to EUR 165 million (+14%). The difference is largely due to the sale of non-operating assets within the Group.

Croatia osiguranje, including regional branches, achieved consolidated insurance sales revenue of EUR 489 million in the first nine months of 2026, which is 10% more than in the same period last year. Consolidated net profit before minority interests amounted to EUR 64.7 million (+12%). The total market share in terms of premiums collected on the Croatian market also grew, to 28.3%.
