On August 19, 2026, the PZU SA Supervisory Board, adopted a resolution appointing Piotr Matczuk to the company's management board.
The new management board member will be responsible for investments and the appointment is effective September 1 of this year, the company said in its statement.
The appointment is the result of an open qualification procedure for a member of the PZU SA Management Board initiated by the Supervisory Board and announced on July 24 this year.
