AON announced Alejandro GALIZIA has appointed as CEO for Commercial Risk, Health, Retirement and Data & Analytics for Latin America.

GALIZIA most recently served as AON's CEO for Reinsurance Solutions in Latin America, a role he has held since 2014. He began his career underwriting and developing corporate clients in Argentina. "Fernando leaves a lasting and positive imprint on Aon. We will all benefit from his leadership and the strong teams he has built," said ANDERSEN.

At the same time, Pablo MUNOZ has been appointed CEO of Latin America for AON's Reinsurance Solutions business. He assumes the Reinsurance leadership role previously held by GALIZIA.

MUNOZ joined AON in 2008 and has held a number of leadership positions at the firm, playing an instrumental role in the success of the Reinsurance Solution's Latin American business. Most recently Pablo served as Strategic Growth Leader for the region whereby he was responsible for outlining the firm's growth strategy and determining necessary resources to achieve the firm's business objectives. MUNOZ began his career in 2000 at WILLIS in Spain, where he held various positions within retail and reinsurance, and where he also served different client segments.
