It is noted that over its 18 years of operation, LIGA Insurance has established itself as one of the leading insurance companies in Armenia and is now entering a new stage of growth as part of the international insurance and financial ecosystem. Recently, 100% of the company's shares were acquired by the European financial groups GRAWE Group and C-Quadrat Investment Group. As a result, LIGA Insurance is transforming from a local insurance company into part of an international insurance and financial group.
As part of the integration process, the company updated its visual identity while maintaining key recognizable brand elements, including its name, shield symbol, and corporate color. At the same time, the "Member of GRAWE Group" was added to the logo, reflecting the company's integration into an international insurance group and its transition to a new stage of development.
