According to the poll, conducted by AIA (the Azerbaijan Insurers Association), citizens and business entities in Azerbaijan believe that insurance services have become more affordable, as Trend reports with reference to the AIA.

The poll was conducted among 2,150 respondents. 42% of the citizens, as well as 57% of surveyed business entities spoke in favor of accident insurance; 35% of the citizens and 38% of the business entities prefer online insurance services.

"There are also many respondents who consider insurance services accessible", the AIA commented. "Some 41% of the citizens surveyed and 49% of the respondents - representatives of business entities believe that insurance services are available for existing and potential policyholders", the Association said in its statement.
