Consolidated profit before interest, taxes and depreciation (EBITDA) amounts to EUR 184 million (+15%). The net profit for 9M2024 is EUR 119 million (+14%), the company said.
In 9M2024, the tourism part of the Group generated revenues from the sale of goods and services in the amount of EUR 289 million (+5%). The tourism part of the Group achieved profit before interest, taxes and depreciation (EBITDA) in the amount of EUR 114 million (+5% y-o-y). The net profit is EUR 77 million (+2%).
Croatia osiguranje saw strong growth in revenue and profit, continued digitization and investment in healthcare. Consolidated income from insurance sales, including regional branches, amounts to EUR 392 million, which is 12% more y-o-y. In the first nine months of 2024, Croatia osiguranje achieved a consolidated net profit of EUR 46.3 million (+43%). The digital business segment continued to grow in the first nine months of 2024. The realized premium from the digital business grew by 33%. Croatia's digital brand LAQO achieved a premium growth of 34%.
In the first nine months of 2024, Cromaris generated revenue from the sale of goods and services in the amount of EUR 80 million, which is at the same level as in the same period last year. Profit before interest, taxes and depreciation (EBITDA) is EUR 9.2 million (-7%). Cromaris achieved a net profit of EUR 2.8 million.
“More important than this result is the dynamic realization of our strategic investment plan. The amount of investments in the Adris Group's three-year plan amounts to more than EUR 600 million. In this first year of implementation of this plan, we will invest more than EUR 250 million total. Of that, more than EUR 100 million went into tourism, EUR 27 million - to insurance, EUR 4 million - to healthy food, and EUR 115 million - to our new business, energy”, commented Marko Remenar, President of the Adris Group Management Board.
