According to the company’s press release, this achievement reflects the trust, engagement, and shared purpose of employees across more than 126 certified Allianz entities. Its ranking among the World’s Best Workplaces signals that Allianz is able to offer stability to employees and instill confidence, which is incredibly important in the unsettling and challenging environment we live in today.
