On 27 February 2025, the PZU SA Supervisory Board adopted a resolution on appointing Andrzej Klesyk to the company's management board, entrusting him with the function of the President of the PZU SA Management Board, subject to approval of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.

According to the press release, until the approval of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority is obtained, the Supervisory Board entrusted Andrzej Klesyk with performing the duties of the President of the PZU SA Management Board to the extent permitted by the relevant regulations. The appointment is effective from 3 March 2025, covering three full financial years from 2023 to 2025.
