At the heart of the partnership is the newly introduced “Fast Start” solution, designed to expedite the launch of new Lloyd’s syndicates. This bespoke IT and data architecture solution enables Apollo and its syndicate partners to establish operations swiftly and efficiently. Additionally, the partnership grants Apollo’s syndicates access to WNS’s extensive global talent pool, ensuring scalability and flexibility.
The Fast Start solution has already been successfully deployed for Apollo’s 2024 syndicate partners, Africa Specialty Risk and NormanMax, and is now ready to support additional new entrants to the Lloyd’s market.
Andrew Gray, Syndicate Partnerships Director at Apollo, emphasized the unique value of the collaboration, stating:
"Our syndicate partners choose Apollo because they want to work with an underwriting business that understands what it takes to succeed at Lloyd’s. Through our partnership with WNS, they now also gain access to market-leading technology, data solutions, and a deep pool of skilled London Market professionals. These elements make Apollo’s syndicate partnership offering truly distinctive at Lloyd’s and the natural choice for innovative businesses looking to establish a successful syndicate."
Keshav R. Murugesh, Group CEO of WNS, highlighted the transformative potential of the initiative:
"WNS’s expertise in the Lloyd’s of London market, combined with our advanced technology and analytics capabilities, allows us to deliver comprehensive setup and managed services for new syndicates. We look forward to working with Apollo to streamline operations, provide data-driven insights, enhance customer experiences, and ensure regulatory compliance for its syndicate clients."
