According to the resolution, remuneration of an insurance broker for services rendered, received from an insurance organization in cases stipulated by the insurance legislation, will amount to 20% of the insurance premium amount for each voluntary non-life insurance contract. Exceptions are voluntary medical expense insurance and land vehicle insurance. For voluntary medical expense insurance contracts, maximum remuneration is set at 8.5% of the premium amount, and for voluntary land vehicle insurance contracts - 1.5%.
The document also specifies that remuneration under voluntary life insurance contracts will amount to 12% of the insurance premium amount.
In addition, according to the resolution, remuneration of an insurance broker for services received from a policyholder (legal entity or individual entrepreneur) now amounts to 3% of the premium amount under voluntary or imputed insurance contracts (non-life, except for voluntary medical expense insurance and insurance of land vehicles), but not more than 500 base units. In the case of voluntary medical expense insurance - 0.1% of the premium amount, in the case of voluntary insurance of land vehicles - 1.5%.
