The new chairman is Yuri Kopach, executive director of Generali Zastrahovane, takes over the position from Konstantin Velev, executive director of the company Armeets, after his two consecutive mandates. Before Yuri Kopach was the deputy chairman of the Board of Directors of ABZ.
"Over the years, the association has become that market element through which strategic priorities, common policies, and the industry's reputation are formed. It is our responsibility to develop and build on what has been achieved so that, with joint efforts, we can contribute to unfolding the potential of the insurance sector", said Yuri Kopach.

Rumen Erusalimov, vice-rector of "Dimitar A. Tsenov" SA - Svishtov
Konstantin Velev congratulated the new Chairman of the Board: "There could not be a more suitable choice for Chairman of ABZ than Yuri Kopach, not only because of his high professionalism and many years of experience, but also because of his true commitment to the sector's common goals and the association's activity".
