As of 1 April 2026, Beáta Petrušová has been appointed Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of Generali Romania, having served as a member of the Board since 2024. The Supervisory Board now comprises Beáta Petrušová (Chairwoman), Tudor Moldovan (Member) and Violeta Ciurel (Member).

The appointment follows the conclusion of Harald Steirer’s mandate as Chair of the Supervisory Board, effective the same date.

Beáta Petrušová brings over three decades of experience in the insurance sector, with a strong track record in financial management, corporate governance and the coordination of international teams. She joined the Generali Group in 2010 as Chief Financial Officer of Generali Romania, a role she held until 2015. She subsequently held several senior positions within Generali CEE Holding and across the CEE region, including Senior Advisor to the CFO of Generali CEE Holding and Chief Financial Officer of Europ Assistance Czech Republic and Slovakia.

She currently also serves as Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of Generali Bulgaria and as a member of the Supervisory Board of Generali Pensions Romania.
