12 January 2026 — Marina MAGNAVAL
In December, the Supervisory Board of Adris Grupa considered and approved the company's business plan for the period from 2026 to 2028, which for a three-year period, among other things, includes capital investments in the amount of more than EUR 480 million, or an average of EUR 160 million per year, the company said on its website.

According to the plan, Adris Grupa will invest over EUR 330 million in its tourism business, EUR 91 million in insurance, EUR 17 million in healthy food, EUR 31 million in green energy, and EUR 11 million in maintaining its real estate portfolio.

Despite the challenges facing the insurance market - primarily due to inflationary pressures, increasing climate change and tightening legal frameworks - Croatia osiguranje continues the process of transformation and digitalization in all areas of its business. An investment worth over EUR 90 million is planned in further digitalization, as well as in the healthcare part of the business.

The Supervisory Board also extended the mandate of the current member of the Management Board, Marko Remenar, for the next three-year period, starting on January 1, 2026.
