ERGO Beratung und Vertrieb AG and WUSTENRON Bausparkasse AG are expanding their long-standing partnership to include the real estate financing segment. The extended, long-term cooperation is scheduled to start in spring 2021.

According to the new agreement, with the expansion of the cooperation, ERGO will become WUSTENRON's exclusive partner in both building society savings and real estate financing. "The new agreement sees the two companies further expanding their successful partnership, which began more than ten years ago as a cooperation in the building society business".

The cooperation gives ERGO access to WUSTENRON's real estate financing portal. The portal is available to the sales agents and allows loan applications to be submitted and processed electronically. It thus allows for bespoke, needs-based advice and fast financing commitments. WUSTENRON benefits from ERGO's large sales network and can thus further expand its market position in real estate financing.
