Roman JURAS (42) will become new Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of GENERALI Slovensko poistovna, Bratislava, as of 1st June, 2013. The present CEO of this company, Vladimir BEZDEK (38), will be appointed as new Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Penzijni spolecnost Ceske pojistovny, Prague, as of 1st August, 2013. Vladimir BEZDEK replaces Tomas MATOUSEK who will leave his position for private reasons. Vladimir BEZDEK will also become head of the Competence Center for Pension Funds in GPH.
