This year, Generali innovation projects have been shortlisted as finalists in the 2025 Qorus Innovation in Insurance Awards – the competition that showcases the most outstanding innovations in the industry. According to the Group’s press release, Generali’s achievements spotlight the Group’s commitment to transforming insurance through technology, talent, and teamwork.

The Group ranked as follows in two categories:

  • Gold in the Distribution Innovation of the Year category for PAD, an AI-powered review platform in France, which transforms online feedback into real-time insights to sharpen client engagement and enhance agent performance.
  • Silver in the Global Innovator of the Year category, recognizing the Group’s commitment to continuous upskilling, advanced AI and automation, and a thriving ecosystem of innovation champions and venture initiatives – delivering scalable, agile, and transformative solutions across the entire insurance value chain.
These awards are more than trophies - they’re a testament to how Generali is bringing the Lifetime Partner 27: Driving Excellence strategy to life, the Group said.

It is noted that the Qorus Awards, now in their 10th edition, are a benchmark for excellence in financial services innovation, with over 270 projects submitted from nearly 150 institutions across 49 countries. And the 2025 edition marks the fifth consecutive year that Generali has stood on the podium as recipients of the Qorus awards, celebrating the Group’s forward-thinking approach to innovation in insurance.
