Iva Rogović Lekić, former President of the Management Board of the Marsh brokerage house in Croatia, will take over the position of President of the Management Board in the competing company GrECo specialty with headquarters in Vienna.

In her new position, Iva Rogović Lekić will be in charge of the development of specialty business, which includes risk management in the field of aviation, energy, reinsurance, financial lines, logistics, etc. in 19 countries of Central and Southeast Europe, including Croatia. GrECo is the largest broker in this region, with a total of 67 offices and clients from 150 countries. 

In the new management setup, Iva Rogovic-Lekic will collaborate with Zviadi Vardosanidze in leading the Specialty division. Zviadi, who has been an integral part of the Specialty management board for many years, will continue to lead the areas of Risk & Insurance Technique as well as Operations, while Iva will be responsible for overseeing Sales & Service Delivery.In the new management setup, Iva Rogovic-Lekic will collaborate with Zviadi Vardosanidze in leading the Specialty division.
