"In these challenging times, climate change and geopolitical uncertainties make our work as a reinsurer more vital than ever. Extreme weather events such as storms, heavy rainfall and wildfires are growing in intensity around the world, causing enormous losses. Carefully assessing these risks and protecting our clients forms the very foundation of our business model. In order to continue our success going forward, we are committed to innovative products and technologies as well as the optimisation and automation of our processes. This is key to strengthening our company's resilience and taking responsibility for the future in our mission as a reinsurer", said Clemens Jungsthöfel.
