Igor STEBERNAK was appointed today Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company of Zavarovalnica TRIGLAV. The term of office of the former Supervisory Board Chairman and Members has expired following the submission of his resignation letter on 31 May 2016.

Mr. Igor Stebernak, MBA served as a Member of Management Board at Zavarovalnica Triglav, d.d., since November 19, 2009 until June 30, 2012. Mr. Stebernak served as Deputy Executive Director - Finance Division of SKB Banka d.d. Ljubljana. Mr. Stebernak served as a Member of Management Board at Abanka Vipa, d.d. since July 1, 2012. He has been Member of Management Board at Petrol, Slovenska energetska druzba, d.d. since May 1, 2015. He has been a member of the Association of Supervisors of Slovenia since 2009. He serves as Member of Supervisory Board of HELIOS, Sestavljeno podjetje za kapitalske nalozbe in razvoj, d.d. He served as a Member of Supervisory Board at Abanka Vipa, d.d. until April 17, 2012. Mr. Stebernak has BEE from the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Electrical engineering in 1994 and an MBA from the Clemson University, South Carolina, USA from 1994 to 1996.
