Revenue from the sale of goods and services amounted to EUR 1.1 billion and is 12% higher than the revenue achieved in the previous year. Consolidated earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) amounted to EUR 217 million and is 17% higher y-o-y. Reported net profit for 2025 amounted to EUR 105 million, which is an increase of 21%. Consolidated net profit from ordinary operations amounted to EUR 109 million. Net profit after minority interests amounted to EUR 80 million and, compared to the previous year, rose by 21%.
Reported net profit in 2025 is affected by one-off items, the largest impact of which is write-offs related to the new investment cycle in tourism. In 2025, the Group invested EUR 181 million in the growth and development of its businesses, most of which in tourism and insurance.
The Group's consolidated debt is 0.9 times EBITDA, which indicates low debt and financial stability of the system, as well as significant investment potential for further growth and development.
According to the Group, 2025 was a year of excellent results for Croatia osiguranje. Consolidated insurance sales revenue, including regional branches, amounted to EUR 607 million, which is 12% more y-o-y. In 2025, Croatia osiguranje achieved a consolidated net profit of EUR 65.5 million, 7% more than in 2024. The premium generated from the overall digital business grew by 19%, and Croatia's digital brand LAQO achieved premium growth of 18%.
“With continuous and strong growth, in an environment that is full of geopolitical, economic, social and development-technological challenges, Adris is proving itself as a strong, responsible and adaptable organization that delivers results that stand the test of time. It is worth recalling that in the period from 2021 to 2025, we invested a total of EUR 625 million, paid a dividend of more than EUR 180 million, and maintained the Group's total debt at the same, extremely low levels, preserving the potential for further long-term development”, commented Marko Remenar, President of the Management Board of Adris Group.
