Thanks to the DTP.kz platform, created by Freedom Insurance for accelerated processing of insurance payments, the average time for filing a claim is now only 15 minutes, which is significantly ahead of the standard period of 1 to 5 business days.

Introduction of digital platforms makes claim settlement faster and more convenient, said Azamat Kerimbayev, Chairman of the Board of Freedom Insurance, Allinsurance.kz writes.

It is noted that thanks to integration with external services, such as the Unified Register of Administrative Offenses and the Sergek public and road safety system, the insurance company was able to automate receipt of data on accidents, speed up processing of applications and improve safety through prompt verification of signs of fraud.

According to the company, the number of applications under the European Accident Statement through the DTP.kz system continues to grow. In 2024, when the European Accident Statement was just launched in Kazakhstan, the number of applications under this system was 2,845, and in 1Q2025 only their number has already reached 2,217.

The market share of the DTP.kz service has also increased. In Kazakhstan, over the past 9 months, it has grown from 2.8% to 29.1%, the source added.
