Total GWP of insurance companies operating in Kosovo increased to EUR 50 million in the first four months of this year, from EUR 47.6 million in the same period of 2025, SeeNews reports citing the central bank.

In the January-April period, the combined net profit of Kosovo insurers decreased by an annual 21.8% to EUR 5.3 million, according to the central bank.

The assets held by the insurance companies increased by an annual 14% to EUR 390.1 million at the end of April, the source said.
