Marsh, a global leader in risk, reinsurance and capital, people and investments, and management consulting, announced the appointment of Katrina Zafiriadis as leader of its newly established Service Delivery Practice (SDP), US and Canada, Marsh Risk, effective immediately.

According to Marsh, in her new role, Ms. Zafiriadis will spearhead efforts to optimize client service delivery, reduce complexity, and elevate the overall client experience across the US and Canada. Marsh Risk’s new Service Delivery Practice unifies client service specialists across regions, client segments, risk practices, and specialties to deliver a consistent and exceptional client service experience throughout the entire engagement lifecycle—from onboarding and policy renewals to ongoing service and financial management. The SDP’s core teams are based in Austin, Texas; Bogotá, Colombia; and Mexico City, with additional colleagues located throughout the US and Canada.
