According to the Group’s press release, the merger puts the RENOMIA GROUP among the largest insurance brokerage groups in Lithuania and is also strengthening its position as a leading player throughout the Baltic region.
After the integration into the RENOMIA GROUP, both Insurance Bee and Claim Solutions will continue to operate under their own brands in the Lithuanian market.
