LLOYD's announced changes: Jon HANCOCK to leave in 2020; Julia Tyson appointed as CHRO; Jo SCOTT promoted

LLOYD's recently announced that Jon HANCOCK has decided to step down as Performance Management Director in 2020.

"Jon's ground-breaking and market leading approach has reset the performance agenda, and in 2019 he also took the lead on Blueprint One as part of the Future at LLOYD's strategy to create the world's most advanced insurance marketplace", as LLOYD's mentioned in a statement.


At the same time, LLOYD's also informed the appointment of Julia TYSON as Chief Human Resources Officer, with immediate effect.

"Julia is a highly experienced HR Director with proven abilities to develop, lead and deliver people and culture strategies. Julia was HR and Communications Director at = LV from 2013-17, and prior to that, Group HRD at Wates Group. She joins Lloyd's at a crucial time as we continue the work to develop an inclusive and innovative culture that attracts talented people to deliver the Future at Lloyd's".


On the other hand, Jo SCOTT, currently Head of Brand, Marketing and Communications, has been promoted to Chief Marketing and Communications Officer and a member of LLOYD's Executive Committee.

"Jo has been with Lloyd's for 15 years, and her role in developing Lloyd's reputation as we deliver the Future at Lloyd's will be vital".
