As of 1 July 2020, Maciej FEDYNA will take over the position of the President of the Management Board and CEO of three companies: GENERALI T.U. S.A., GENERALI Zycie T.U. S.A. and GENERALI Finance Sp. z o.o. In a life and non-life company, his function requires approval by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. He is also President of the Management Board of CONCORDIA Polska T.U. S.A.
Andrea SIMONCELLI, new Chairman of the Supervisory Board of GENERALI in Poland, emphasizes:

Maciej FEDYNA has been associated with GENERALI Polska since March 2011. He started as Director of the Controlling Department and in 2014 became a member of the Management Board responsible for the finance department. From November 2018, he was simultaneously CEO of CONCORDIA Capital S.A. and CONCORDIA Polska TUW - currently CONCORDIA Polska T.U. S.A. Since then CONCORDIA Polska continues to grow and achieve very good results in the ordinary course of business and at the same time focused on integration with GENERALI Poland. This resulted in the full legal operational merger of CONCORDIA Life with GENERALI Life, which was completed within eleven months of acquisition, and the first ever demutualisation on the Polish market as CONCORDIA Polska TUW transformed into CONCORDIA Polska T.U. S.A.
Due to the conditional appointment of Maciej FEDYNA, the Supervisory Board decided to appoint, as of 1 July 2020, Robert SAGALA, Head of Actuarial Department at GENERALI, as a new board member and Chief Financial Officer in all GENERALI Poland companies. Robert SAGALA has been working for GENERALI Group in Poland since October 2008 and from the very beginning his professional career was developing in the actuarial area. Since November 2014 he held the position of the Chief Actuary in GENERALI T.U. S.A. and GENERALI Zycie T.U. S.A. supervising the actuarial function. His actuarial background and experience is important to ensure enhanced understanding of the growing complexity of the insurance business.
As of 1 July 2020, the Supervisory Board appointed Rajmund RUSIECKI as member of the Management Board of the GENERALI T.U. S.A. in order to oversee the integration of sales networks of CONCORDIA Polska T.U. S.A. and GENERALI T.U. S.A. and also to supervise the bancassurance channel. Rajmund Rusiecki has been connected with the GENERALI Group in Poland since September 2011 and since April 2014 has been serving as a management board member responsible for sales in GENERALI Zycie T.U. S.A. Since November 2018 he has been a management board member in charge of sales in CONCORDIA.
At the same time, Gregor PILGRAM leaves the Supervisory Board of GENERALI Poland.
The composition of the Supervisory Boards and Management Boards of GENERALI PTE SA and GENERALI Investments TFI SA will remain unchanged.
