MetLife has been named one of the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For^® in the U.S. for the fourth consecutive year, the company announced on its website.

According to the press release, the recognition is based on employee feedback collected through Great Place to Work’s Trust Index^TM Survey and reflects MetLife’s continued focus on creating a high-trust, high-performance workplace culture.
