The Adriatic osiguranje Group reported a net profit of HRK 64.08 million (EUR 8.66 million) in 3Q2019, down by 13.0% y-o-y. GWP reached HRK 539.7 million (EUR 72.9 million), increasing by almost 14% y-o-y.

CZECHIA, MTPL 2019: Tarrifs increased by 4% y-o-y while the average claim by almost 7% y-o-y

According to Czech Insurers' Bureau (CKP), in the past years the MTPL tarrifs started to rise slightly, thus, in 2019, according CKP figures, the average premium is CZK 2,969 (~EUR 115), representing an increase of about 4.1% y-o-y, while the average damage related to property claims increased by 6.9%.

Compared with 3Q2018, non-life insurance premium was up by 11.31% (to EUR 60.59 million), while the life insurance GWP grew by 12.62% y-o-y (to EUR 11.73 million).
