At the same time, the number of policies increased by 12.93% compared to January-December 2021 to 1,325,231.

The aggregate FY 2022 GWP reported Croatia-based insurers increased by 8.18% y-o-y, reaching HRK 12.7 billion (EUR 1.68 billion), according to the yea-end data published by the Croatian Insurance Bureau. Total gross claims paid increased to HRK 7.71 billion from HRK 7.29 billion a year earlier.
