Strengthening the market position and increasing the scale of operations in Poland, as well as playing the role of one of the key development drivers of Vienna Insurance Group are the main elements of Compensa’s new strategy for 2026–2028, Gazeta Ubezpieczeniowa (Insurance Gazette) wrote.

According to Compensa, it strives to become a quality and technological leader in the Polish insurance market and is constantly developing to become one of the largest insurance companies in Poland and the VIG Group.

The foundation of the company's new strategy for 2026–2028 is continued market share growth while maintaining high profitability and improving operational efficiency through process automation, advanced data analytics, and extensive use of artificial intelligence. By 2028, the company intends to expand its operations, reaching PLN 5.4 billion in GWP, up from nearly PLN 4.2 billion in 2025.

"Compensa's new strategy is not only ambitious financial goals, but above all, a clear vision of how we want to develop as an organization. We focus on growth that is responsible, profitable, and based on the real needs of our clients and business partners", said Anna Włodarczyk-Moczkowska, CEO of Compensa.
