ERGO Hestia has been awarded the prestigious Top Employer Polska 2025 certificate. This is the fourth title in a row, placing ERGO Hestia among the best employers in Poland, the company said in its press release.

In 2025, the Top Employers Institute awarded certificates to over 2,400 employers from 125 countries. 77 of the awarded organizations came from Poland.

“Re-obtaining the Top Employer certificate is proof that we are consistently heading in the right direction”, commented Małgorzata Sztabińska, HR Department Director at ERGO Hestia Group. “It is not easy to climb to the top, but it is even harder to stay there. We have managed to do this for the 4th time in a row, and we are very happy”, added Małgorzata Sztabińska.
