ERGO Hestia has been awarded the Top Employer Polska 2026 certificate, and this is the fifth consecutive year that the insurer has undergone a rigorous audit, confirming its position among the most attractive employers on the Polish market, Gazeta Ubezpieczeniowa (Insurance Gazette) writes.

"We've received the Top Employer certificate for the fifth time in a row, and it's truly special for us. On the one hand, we're delighted that our efforts are recognized by the certification team, but on the other, we feel a huge obligation to maintain this title. And that's a challenge", commented Małgorzata Sztabińska, Director of the HR Department at ERGO Hestia Group.

It is noted that thanks to successful certification in seven countries, the ERGO Group, to which the Sopot insurer belongs, received this year the official collective title of Top Employer Europe 2026.

ERGO Hestia Sopockie Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń was established in 1991. Thanks to its dynamic growth, it has achieved the position of the largest insurance company established in a free market economy in Poland.
