10 March 2022 —
PZU Zdrowie informed that people affected by the war in Ukraine can benefit from free medical care in more than 50 medical facilities of the operator in Poland, Polish media said.

The company provides basic health care as well as special consultations, laboratory and diagnostic tests. Detailed information on the scope of medical services provided is available directly at each facility. If hospital treatment is necessary, doctors will issue a referral, and the company will indicate the nearest hospital.

This is another initiative of PZU for those affected by the war in Ukraine. Earlier, the largest Polish insurer and Ergo Hestia, Allianz and Warta decided to finance short-term third-party liability insurance for motor vehicle owners for all refugees coming to Poland from Ukraine. PZU employees also help Ukraine and Ukrainians through a fundraiser run by the PZU Foundation.
