Polish insurance broker Unilink S.A., part of US-based financial technology and insurance group Acrisure, has acquired Slovenian Priori Zavarovanje, strengthening Unilink Group's position as leader on the insurance distribution market in CEE, SeeNews writes.

"This agreement significantly strengthens the position of Acrisure and Unilink in the region, which includes eight countries: Poland, Bulgaria, Romania, Moldova, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Croatia and now also Slovenia", as Unilink said in a press release.
