In 2025, Warta also significantly accelerated its growth in the life insurance segment, increasing GWP by 14% year-on-year, growing significantly faster than the market. The company strengthened its leading position in regular premium insurance sales and in the group insurance segment, confirming strength of its business model and consistency in developing its offerings.
In 2025, Warta's non-life insurance company paid out claims totaling PLN 6.3 billion. Concurrently, Warta paid out over PLN 1 billion in benefits in the life insurance segment.
Warta is not only dynamically increasing sales but also achieving above-average profitability. Return on equity (ROE) in 2025 reached 24% for the non-life company and 25% for the life company.
“This record result is primarily the result of the work of our experts, a consistently implemented strategy, and a strong presence across all sales channels, with a particularly strong position among brokers and agents”, said Jarosław Parkot, CEO of Warta. “In 2025, we assumed the leading position in the motor third-party liability insurance market, maintaining high profitability. In an environment of rising costs, combining scale with tariff discipline and stable results remains crucial for us", the CEO added.
