In the latest edition of the Polish Service Quality Program consumer survey, Warta achieved a record service quality index of 92.6%. This result is significantly higher than the average service quality index of all surveyed service companies in Poland.
"These excellent results from the consumer survey on service quality are particularly significant for us. They reflect the company's commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service and effectively building positive customer experiences. Such high quality of service is the result of a long-term strategy, daily teamwork, and a consistent focus on customer needs”, emphasized Krzysztof Kulasza, Director of Warta's Corporate Communications Office.
This year, Warta also received a special award – Star of the Decade 2015–2025. This distinction goes to brands that consistently maintain high standards of customer experience over a long period.
Warta's position as a market leader in terms of customer service quality is also confirmed by the Financial Ombudsman’s report, in which the insurer has been ranked highest in the property and motor insurance category for many years, the source said.
