RUSSIA: ROSGOSSTRAKH Life received the highest mark for the quality of services

ROSGOSSTRAKH Life received the "Quality Mark" rating at the A1 level - the highest level of service quality. The company was rated by the BusinessDrom analytical center. This rating was assigned for the first time, according to the insurer's press release.

Analysts of the BusinessDrom center noted high quality of ROSGOSSTRAKH Life's customer service, as well as the fact that in recent years the company has been consistently included in the TOP-20 insurers in terms of the GWP volume collected, ranked 5th in life insurance.

When assessing the quality of consumer service, the analysts noted completeness of the disclosure of information on the website about all products and services provided, placement of constituent documents, licenses, insurer reports, composition of shareholders, and key indicators of the company. The inspectors ("mystery shoppers") also noted good interest in clients, good level of the content and information of consultations.

ROSGOSSTRAKH Life has an insurance financial strength rating at ruAA- with a stable outlook from the rating agency Expert RA, which had a positive effect on the assessment. The company's GWP in 2020 increased about 1.5 times y-o-y, over the year the company's share in the key segment of investment and accumulative life insurance almost doubled (from 3.3% in 2019 to 6% in 2020) making the insurer fifth on the market by this indicator.
