SBERBANK Insurance, one of the TOP-20 local insurers, renewed the obligatory reinsurance treaty of property and builder's risks and doubled the program capacity to RUB 10 billion (EUR 0.11 billion*), the insurer reports.

The main partner of the insurer in obligatory reinsurance, SCOR, remains the leader of the program; the participants are leading international and Russian companies.

"The main achievements of the treaty renewal for 2021 are a twofold increase in capacity, as well as an expansion of the pool of reinsurers by attracting new high-rating international partners. A significant increase in the treaty capacity will provide support for the company's growing portfolio of property and builder's risks insurance", explained Yulia GAVRILINA, Director of Reinsurance at SBERBANK Insurance.
