Registration open for the "Artificial intelligence in insurance - evolution or revolution?" Conference in Ljublijana

22 June 2023 — Daniela GHETU
What does artificial intelligence mean for the human role in insurance? Will artificial intelligence replace some traditional professions? Will it replace the agent, loss assessor and actuary? The topic is on the agenda of the upcoming conference entitled "Artificial intelligence in insurance - evolution or revolution?", that will take place in Ljublijana, at the Grand Hotel Union.

Participants will be able to listen to reflections on what one of the most current developments of the moment, the rise of artificial intelligence (AI), means for insurance, which is considered a traditional industry.

We encounter the use of artificial intelligence at insurance companies in the development of new products, in the optimization of processes and in the analysis of the insurer's experience. It helps insurance companies to identify the behavior of customers and their risk factors, it helps them to identify objects, which makes it easier to assess damages. Continuous communication between the insured and the insurance company is enabled through chat robots that understand human language. What about in the future? Where will the mysterious artificial intelligence, which has increasingly entered our lives in recent years, lead us?

The full program and list of speakers are now available online, on the Insurance Supervision Agency of Slovenia website. Online registration is opened until August 31st. Participation in the conference is free of charge.
