Romanian FSA authorised NN Asigurari as non-life insurer and aprooved its management

The Romanian new created non-life insurer NN Asigurari, part of Dutch NN Group received from the Financial Supervisory Authority - the authorization to operate as non-life insurer on local market.

At the same time, NN Asigurari received tha approval for the majority shareholder (NN Continental Europe Holdings B.V.) and for its management, as follows:

  • Anna Natalia GRZELONSKA as Chairman of the Board of Directors
  • Dorina-Maria COSBUC-IONESCU and Gerke Anno WITTEVEEN as members of the Board of Directors
  • Catalin - Mihai ELISEI as General Manager
  • Ramona Veronica JUNCU as Deputy General Manager
