Vienna will host, on 4 April, the first ESG in Insurance Conference organized within the IIF - The International Insurance Forum framework, in 2023. Vienna Insurance Group is the Official Partner of the event, its CEO, Mrs. Elisabeth Stadler giving a Keynote Speech.

ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), often referred to with the term sustainability, is a structural change of a particularly strong magnitude, changing the way that both the financial industry and real economy work. And the insurance industry cannot be a bystander and must play its role, using its expertise in risk management, as well as its strategic investor status to enable the green transition. The conference will focus on some of the main aspects that incorporating ESG goals may have on insurers' business.
