SCOR’s Activity Report 2025: Reinsurers have a vital role to play as stabilizing partners

4 May 2026 — Marina MAGNAVAL
2025 was a strong year for SCOR, marked by disciplined execution across all businesses. This performance positions SCOR well as it enters the final year of the Forward 2026 strategic cycle, with a solid foundation to deliver on its long-term ambitions, SCOR’s 2025 Activity Report says.

SCOR’s 2025 Activity Report presents the Group’s performance in 2025 and offers a renewed perspective on how reinsurance contributes to safeguarding societies in a rapidly changing world. The report introduces a new structure designed to reflect how risk is evolving and how SCOR creates impact across its areas of business.

Today’s risk landscape is shaped by accelerating and interconnected forces, including climate change, technological transformation and profound societal shifts. New and emerging risks are multiplying and converging, increasing uncertainty and complexity for economies and communities worldwide. “In a world where disruption is accelerating, reinsurers have a vital role to play as stabilizing partners, helping societies anticipate risk and build resilience for the future”, said FABRICE BRÉGIER, Chairman of the Board.

This year’s Activity Report explores how SCOR delivers impact across Property & Casualty, Life & Health and Investments through three key forces reshaping risk: climate change and risk resilience, data and artificial intelligence, and societal transformation. By combining technical expertise, data-driven analysis and human judgment, SCOR continues to support clients, strengthen resilience and contribute to long-term, sustainable growth.

The report also explores SCOR’s strategic foundations: its people, operations, risk management, and governance. These enablers underpin SCOR’s ability to deliver performance and impact in an increasingly complex and demanding environment.
